About the Role

What You’ll Do 
This role follows a three-pronged marketing approach: 

SEO Optimization 
* Optimize content using high-intent keywords like “caregiver in Sacramento” 
* Improve ranking, visibility, and organic traffic 

Paid SEM Ads 
* Manage Google & Meta ads with a $500 monthly ad spend 
* Goal: Generate 20 qualified leads per week 

Social Media Management 
* Create and publish content on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn 
* Use Canva & AI tools to produce clean, engaging visuals and posts 

Who We’re Looking For 
* Experience in SEO, SEM, and social media marketing 
* Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads & basic analytics 
* Creative (Canva experience is a plus) 
* Strong communication & follow-up skills 
* Independent, reliable, and results-driven

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and managing digital marketing campaigns

  • Overseeing SEO/SEM strategies to maximize online visibility

  • Creating content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms

  • Analyzing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness

  • Managing social media accounts and engaging with the audience

  • Collaborating with other teams to align marketing strategies


Skills Required

  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush)

  • Strong understanding of SEO, PPC, and social media marketing

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to analyze data and generate insights

  • Creativity and innovation in marketing strategies


Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

  • Experience in digital marketing (1-3 years preferred)

  • Certifications in digital marketing (e.g., Google Ads, HubSpot) are a plus
